The Bulgarian and Portuguese Language Studies program at University College London (UCL) is a four-year, full-time course that offers students the chance to become fluent in both Bulgarian and Portuguese, while exploring the literature, culture, and history of these regions. The program provides an in-depth study of the languages alongside a broad understanding of their cultural and historical contexts.
UCL’s program combines language acquisition with critical analysis of the social, literary, and historical developments in Bulgaria and Portugal.
