The MSci in Cognitive Neuroscience and Psychology is a four-year full-time program designed for students interested in exploring the intersection of psychology and neuroscience. This program offers a deep understanding of cognitive functions, brain processes, and how they influence behavior. Students will study topics such as memory, perception, decision-making, neuroplasticity, and neural disorders, while also gaining hands-on experience in experimental psychology and neuroscience research.
Throughout the program, students will have the opportunity to engage with cutting-edge research in the field of cognitive neuroscience, using advanced techniques such as brain imaging, neuropsychological testing, and cognitive modeling. The MSci degree includes opportunities for original research projects, where students can contribute to the understanding of brain-behavior relationships. Graduates will be well-prepared for careers in psychological research, clinical neuroscience, neuropsychology, or to pursue further postgraduate study in cognitive neuroscience or related fields.
