Information Systems Engineering - UOLP

About

The Information Systems Engineering UOLP programme is a four-year international bachelor's degree offered jointly by Istanbul Technical University and Binghamton University in the United States. The programme mixes software, systems, networks and data skills with a strong understanding of how information is used in modern organisations. Students spend two years in Istanbul and two years in the USA, gaining both technical knowledge and international experience. The curriculum covers programming, databases, system design, networks, data analysis and security, giving students a wide and modern engineering background. With its English-medium structure, the programme prepares students to work confidently in different countries and industries.

The dual-campus system helps students learn in two academic cultures and adapt to different working styles. Through teamwork, projects and hands-on courses, students develop problem-solving, communication and analytical skills. Studying in two countries also teaches flexibility and global thinking, which are important in today’s technology world. Graduates complete the programme with two diplomas and strong international readiness, making them competitive for both local and global job markets. The programme is a good choice for students who want a solid technical education and a global learning experience.
