
The Master of Science in Italian Food and Wine is a two-year, full-time on-campus program offered by the University of Padua. The program focuses on the science, production, and cultural value of Italian food and wine, combining food science, agricultural knowledge, and sensory analysis. Students study topics such as food chemistry, wine production techniques, quality control, sensory evaluation, and food safety, with a strong emphasis on Italy’s culinary heritage and food industry standards.
