Kinesiology and Health Education program provides students with a comprehensive understanding of human movement, physical activity, and wellness. Over four years, students study anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, motor learning, exercise physiology, and health education, gaining the knowledge and skills necessary to analyze, enhance, and promote human performance. The curriculum integrates theoretical foundations with practical experiences, including laboratory work, fitness assessment, and applied training programs, allowing students to explore how physical activity impacts health, performance, and quality of life. Students also engage in research projects and applied practice, fostering evidence-based approaches to exercise and wellness programs.
Students participate in laboratory experiments, fieldwork, movement analysis, and community health initiatives, gaining practical experience in assessing physical performance, designing exercise interventions, and promoting wellness. The program emphasizes applied research, critical analysis, and professional competence, preparing graduates for careers in fitness, rehabilitation, athletic training, coaching, public health, and education. Graduates leave with the ability to evaluate movement, implement effective training programs, and contribute to the development of healthier and more active communities.

Graduates are prepared for careers in fitness and wellness coaching, athletic training, rehabilitation, physical therapy support, public health, sports management, and education. They may work in gyms, schools, universities, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, sports organizations, or community health programs, applying their expertise to enhance physical performance, prevent injuries, and promote healthy lifestyles. The program equips students with research skills, applied knowledge, communication abilities, and professional competence, enabling them to design, implement, and evaluate exercise programs and health initiatives.
