Neuroscience

About

The MSci in Neuroscience is a four-year full-time program that provides students with an in-depth understanding of the brain and nervous system. This program covers a wide range of topics, including neurobiology, cognitive neuroscience, neurophysiology, and neuropsychology, while also offering opportunities for students to engage in original research. Students will study the molecular, cellular, and systems-level mechanisms underlying behavior, cognition, and neurological disorders.

Throughout the program, students will gain practical laboratory experience in neuroscience techniques, such as electrophysiology, imaging, and molecular biology, while also developing critical thinking and research skills. The MSci degree includes opportunities for students to participate in neuroscience research projects, where they can explore the latest developments in the field. Graduates will be well-prepared for careers in neuroscience research, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or academia, with the skills needed to contribute to our understanding of the brain and nervous system.
