The Nutrition MSc by Research at the University of Glasgow is designed for students interested in conducting original research in the field of nutrition and dietetics. This one-year, full-time program provides students with the opportunity to explore topics such as diet and health, nutrition-related diseases, and the role of nutrition in public health. Students will conduct independent research, gaining hands-on experience in laboratory settings and field studies.
The program focuses on the scientific principles of nutrition, including the analysis of dietary patterns, food intake, and nutritional interventions.
