Physical Culture and Sports

About

Physical Culture and Sports program provides students with a comprehensive understanding of human movement, exercise science, and the physiological, psychological, and sociocultural aspects of sports. Over four years, students study exercise physiology, biomechanics, motor learning, nutrition, sport psychology, and performance analysis, gaining the skills necessary to promote health, enhance performance, and prevent injury. The curriculum combines theoretical knowledge with practical training, laboratory work, and applied projects, allowing students to develop both analytical and hands-on expertise. Students also explore topics in community health, coaching, and leadership in sports, preparing them to engage effectively in a wide range of physical activity settings.
