Theatre Education program provides students with a comprehensive understanding of theatre, performance, and pedagogical practices in educational settings. Over four years, students explore acting, directing, stage design, playwriting, and performance theory, alongside teaching methodologies, curriculum design, and classroom management. The curriculum integrates practical theatre experience with educational theory, enabling students to develop both artistic skills and instructional expertise. Students gain the ability to design engaging theatre programs, facilitate creative learning experiences, and foster appreciation for the performing arts in diverse educational contexts.
Students participate in productions, workshops, lesson planning, and collaborative projects, gaining practical experience in performance, stagecraft, and teaching. The program emphasizes applied theatre skills, critical thinking, and instructional strategies, preparing graduates for careers in teaching, arts education, and community arts programs. Graduates leave with the ability to guide students in performance, design curricula, and contribute meaningfully to arts education through both creative and pedagogical practices.

Graduates are prepared for careers in teaching theatre in schools, arts education, community arts programs, youth programs, drama therapy support, and cultural organizations.
