The Assyriology program is a two-year, full-time on-campus program focused on the languages, texts, history, and civilizations of ancient Mesopotamia. Students develop specialized research skills for studying ancient societies and their cultural heritage at Eotvos Lorand University.
Graduates can pursue careers in archaeological research, ancient history, museum studies, cultural heritage, and academic research.
