The Brain and Cognition Master of Science is a one-year, full-time on-campus program that provides advanced training in neuroscience with a specific focus on cognitive processes and brain function. The program explores key areas such as cognitive neuroscience, neural mechanisms of perception and memory, brain imaging techniques, and the biological basis of behavior. Students develop strong analytical and research skills through laboratory work and experimental approaches that connect theory with real-world neurological applications.
Graduates will be well-prepared for careers in Neuroscience Research, Cognitive Science, Clinical Neuropsychology, and Biomedical Research across universities, hospitals, research institutes, and healthcare organizations. The program offers a rigorous scientific foundation and hands-on research experience, enabling students to contribute to the understanding of brain function and cognitive processes in both academic and applied settings.
Semester 1 – Foundations of Brain and Cognition
Semester 2 – Advanced Brain and Cognition Topics
Graduates of the Brain and Cognition Master’s program are highly sought after in neuroscience research, cognitive psychology, and clinical neurology. With expertise in brain function, cognition, and neural systems, graduates can pursue roles as cognitive neuroscientists, research psychologists, neurobiologists, or clinical researchers. The growing focus on brain health and cognitive functions ensures strong career prospects in research institutions, healthcare, and educational settings.
Brain and Cognition program focuses on neuroscience, cognitive systems, and brain research techniques. Students will explore the relationship between the brain, behavior, and cognition, preparing them for careers in neuroscience research and clinical applications. The program equips graduates to contribute to advances in understanding brain function, cognition, and neurological health, preparing them to work in research, healthcare, and mental health services.
