
The Master’s Programme in Implementation, Transformative Learning and Sustainability is a two-year, full-time on-campus program that focuses on how sustainability transitions can be effectively implemented in society through education, policy, and organizational change. The program combines sustainability science with learning theories and practical implementation strategies to support systemic transformation toward more sustainable futures. Students study topics such as sustainability transitions, transformative learning, implementation research, environmental governance, and change processes in social systems.
Graduates develop strong sustainability implementation skills, transformative learning expertise, and systems-thinking competence, preparing them for careers in sustainability consulting, public policy, NGOs, international organizations, and development projects.
