
The S. Master in Religious Studies at Utrecht University is a two-year, full-time on-campus program that provides an in-depth understanding of religious beliefs, practices, and their impact on society. The program explores various religious traditions, texts, and the role of religion in contemporary global issues, offering students the opportunity to critically engage with theological and philosophical concepts.
Students will develop research skills and gain expertise in the social, cultural, and political dimensions of religion. Graduates of the Religious Studies Master’s program can work in academia, interfaith dialogue, and religious counseling.
