Kolping University of Applied Sciences (Kolping Hochschule Gesundheit und Soziales) is a private, state-recognised German university of applied sciences based in Cologne (Köln), North Rhine-Westphalia. Founded in 2019, it welcomed its first students when teaching began on 1 October 2021, placing it among the newer higher-education institutions in the region. The university operates under the Kolping Stiftungshochschule gGmbH and belongs to the nationwide Kolping network shaped by the 19th-century Catholic priest Adolph Kolping, whose social and Christian values inform the institution's mission.

True to its full name, Kolping Hochschule concentrates on the health and social sectors. It offers work-integrated (berufsbegleitend) and dual bachelor's degrees intended for students who study alongside employment or an apprenticeship. The university follows a flexible, largely online model: students work through online lectures and digital learning materials, complemented by regular on-campus practical workshops known as “Case Days” held at the Cologne campus. Admission is open to applicants holding the Abitur or Fachhochschulreife, a master craftsman qualification (Meisterbrief), or relevant vocational training combined with several years of professional experience in the chosen field.
