Civil Engineering (English) UOLP

About

The Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (English) UOLP is an international dual-degree program run by Istanbul Technical University and Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction. In this program, students study the first two years at AZMIU in Baku and the last two years at ITU in Istanbul. They learn how to design and build buildings, roads, bridges, water systems and other civil infrastructure. With English instruction and education in two countries, students gain broad knowledge in civil engineering, global perspective, and practical skills to work on large-scale construction and infrastructure projects. Completing the program gives students two diplomas — one from AZMIU and one from ITU — which strengthens their education and future job opportunities.

This program combines strong academic foundation with practical experience, preparing engineers who understand both local and international construction standards. Students use modern engineering tools, take courses on structural design, materials, soil and water systems, and gain understanding of building safety, environment and project planning. With the dual-degree structure, students get international experience and a valid diploma from two universities — a great advantage for global career opportunities.
