
The Master of Science in Food Safety is a two-year, full-time on-campus program that focuses on the scientific principles and practices necessary to ensure food safety throughout the production, processing, and distribution stages. The program covers topics such as food microbiology, foodborne diseases, risk analysis, and food safety regulations, with an emphasis on research and innovation in managing food safety hazards.
Graduates will be well-prepared for careers in food safety management, regulatory agencies, quality assurance, and food industry consultancy.
