Industrial Engineering (English) UOLP

About

The Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering (English) UOLP is a dual-degree program offered by Istanbul Technical University and SUNY Binghamton in the United States. The program teaches students how to design, analyse and improve systems that bring together people, machines, materials and information. Students study core subjects such as mathematics, statistics, operations research, production systems, quality management and supply chain planning. They also learn to use data, modelling tools and engineering methods to solve real problems in companies. The curriculum is structured to give students both theoretical knowledge and practical skills for modern industrial environments.

Because the program takes place in both Istanbul and Binghamton, students gain strong international experience and learn different engineering approaches. The English-taught structure helps them communicate clearly and understand global industry standards. Students join team projects, practical assignments and internships that improve their analytical and communication skills. Studying in two countries also helps them adapt to diverse working environments and cultures. With two diplomas and broad training, graduates feel prepared for many different engineering and business careers.
