History & Foundation
Ankara Medipol University was founded by the Turkish Education, Health, Science and Research Foundation in 2018. The university is located in Ankara, the capital of Turkey. Its main campus is in the centre of the city, and operates in a historical building right next to the central train station, originally built for the General Directorate of State Railways. Its hospital campuses for the Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy and Health Sciences students are located in the Anafartalar and Etimesgut districts of Ankara.

Ankara Medipol University is especially ambitious in Medicine and Health Sciences, being part of the renowned Medipol Hospitals Health Group.
