About İstanbul Health and Technology University
Founded in 2018 by the Bilgiç Foundation, İstanbul Sağlık ve Teknoloji Üniversitesi (ISTUN) began instruction in the 2020-2021 academic year with a strong focus on health sciences and technology. The university offers English and Turkish programmes across faculties such as Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy, Engineering and Health Sciences.
Since the 2023-24 academic year, all education is consolidated at the modern Sütlüce Campus, overlooking the Golden Horn, reflecting ISTUN’s commitment to a practical, student-centred education model. With state-of-the-art laboratories, industry collaborations, and strong clinical training partnerships, students are prepared for global careers in medicine, science, and innovation.

History & Foundation
Istanbul Health and Technology University (ISTUN) was founded in 2018 by the Original Foundation, with the vision of integrating health sciences and advanced technology under one roof. The university welcomed its first students in the 2020–2021 academic year.
